So simple and easy to make, these darling Christmas tree cupcakes are sure give your family and friends a smile. If your one those that LOVE icing, this will definitely do the trick. Personally I am one of those girls that always want’s the end piece of the cake. 🙂
These are fantastic for bake sales and Christmas parties.
What You Will Need To Make The Christmas Tree Cupcakes:
- Pre~baked cupcakes
- Cupcake Liners
- Decorators or Buttercream Icing
- Leaf tip: {you can cut one out if you do not have a leaf tip}
- Border Tip #4b
- Green Food Coloring
- Christmas Sprinkles
- Cinnamon Imperial for the top of the Christmas Tree
How To Make The Christmas Tree Cupcake:
Start by icing the top of your cupcake. “Just a thin layer…”
On the outer edges, pipe wispy frills for the base.
After you iced the outside border; using the same tip #4b, start creating the base for the tree.
Next; using your green icing and leaf tip, begin creating the needles for your tree. Here, we used wax paper and cut the leaf tip out.
Keep working your way from the bottom to the top of your Christmas Tree.
Until you get to the tip top of your tree…
Add your Christmas Sprinkles and a cinnamon imperial on the top! You are now ready to enjoy and devour this yummy Christmas Tree Cupcake!
